Warranty Policy
This policy describes general warranty principles for PARAS® dairy machinery. Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty is limited in nature and applies only against manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty terms, where applicable, are subject to official invoice conditions and written warranty policies issued at the time of sale. Warranty applies only against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions and correct usage.
2. Warranty Limitations
Warranty is limited in nature unless otherwise stated in writing. Repair or replacement decisions remain solely at the discretion of G.R. Jain Industries or authorized representatives after evaluation.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover improper installation, operator negligence, voltage fluctuations, electrical damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, improper maintenance, improper cleaning, transportation damage after dispatch, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.
Consumables, wear-and-tear parts, electrical and operational misuse, and damage caused by operation outside recommended conditions are excluded from warranty support.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer must install and operate the machine correctly, use suitable power supply, clean milk-contact parts regularly, perform routine maintenance, and report any issue promptly with model details, invoice information, photographs, and operating conditions.
5. Unauthorized Repair
Unauthorized repair, modification, use of non-genuine parts, or tampering with machine assemblies may void warranty support. Genuine PARAS® spare parts are recommended for all service and maintenance.
6. Warranty Evaluation
Warranty evaluation shall be conducted solely by G.R. Jain Industries or authorized representatives. Remedies may include repair, replacement of a defective part, technical guidance, or another action decided after inspection.
7. Export Orders
For export orders, warranty service terms depend on destination, distributor arrangement, parts availability, shipping cost, and final written export agreement.
