How Every PARAS® Machine is Made

A six-stage manufacturing process ensures every machine leaving our facility meets precision tolerances and food-safety standards before reaching your dairy operation.

Step 01
Design & Engineering
Each product is designed to precise engineering specifications. Tolerances are defined for every critical dimension — especially separator bowl, disc stack geometry, and bearing assemblies — where micron-level precision directly impacts separation efficiency.
Step 02
Raw Material Sourcing
Only ISI-marked and food-grade SS 304 stainless steel is procured from verified suppliers. All incoming materials are inspected for grade certification before entering the production floor.
Step 03
CNC Machining & Fabrication
Critical components — separator bowls, disc stacks, spindles, and bearing housings — are machined using CNC equipment to achieve consistent tolerances across every production run. No manual variation in critical dimensions.
Step 04
Sub-Assembly & Integration
Gearbox, motor, bowl assembly, and feed systems are assembled in dedicated sub-assembly stations. Torque specifications, bearing preload, and clearance checks are applied at each stage to ensure correct integration.
Step 05
Quality Control & Testing
Every machine undergoes a full run test with water before dispatch. Separation efficiency, vibration levels, noise signatures, motor current draw, and output temperature are all measured and recorded against defined acceptance criteria.
Step 06
Packing & Dispatch
Machines are cleaned, dried, and packed in export-grade wooden crates with moisture barrier lining for international orders. Each unit ships with an operator manual, spare parts kit, and test certificate.

Every Machine is Tested. Every Single One.

Our QC philosophy is simple: no machine leaves the factory until it performs to specification under real operating conditions. Not most machines — every machine.

Full Run Test with Water
Each assembled unit is run with water at rated RPM for a defined test period. Separation performance, temperature stability, and vibration signatures are monitored throughout the test cycle before acceptance.
Vibration & Noise Analysis
Separator bowls spinning at high RPM must be precisely balanced. Excessive vibration indicates assembly errors. We use measurement instruments to verify vibration levels are within acceptance limits for each model.
Motor Current & Power Check
For electric models, motor current draw is verified against rated specifications. Abnormal current draw indicates mechanical binding or bearing issues — caught here, before the machine ships to a customer.
Hygienic Surface Inspection
All food-contact surfaces — bowls, disc stacks, outlets — are inspected for surface finish quality, scratch marks, sharp edges, and weld quality. Surfaces must be smooth and free of contamination traps before approval.
Torque & Fastener Verification
Critical fasteners are tightened to specified torque values and verified. This is essential for separator bowl clamping, gearbox assembly, and motor mounting — ensuring safety and eliminating field failures from loose fasteners.
Test Certificate & Serial Logging
Each machine receives a unique serial number and a QC test certificate documenting the results of all tests. This enables complete traceability from factory to field — and simplifies warranty claims and spare parts ordering.
