Export Disclaimer

International buyers are responsible for local certification compliance, import approvals, customs clearance, voltage compatibility, installation standards, and operational approvals.

1. International Buyer Responsibility

International buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws, customs regulations, electrical standards, certification requirements, voltage compatibility, safety regulations, installation approvals, and operational approvals in the destination country.

2. Export Packaging and Shipment

Export packaging standards may vary depending on destination country, product model, shipment method, buyer requirements, and mutually agreed commercial terms.

3. Customs, Port and Regulatory Issues

G.R. Jain Industries shall not be liable for customs delays, import restrictions, local compliance failures, port detention, regulatory rejection in the buyer's country, customs clearance delays, or port-related issues outside the company's control.

4. Transit Damage and Logistics

Transit damages, customs delays, port-related issues, freight claims, insurance claims, and logistics disputes must be addressed according to mutually agreed commercial terms and the applicable shipping arrangement.

5. Documentation

G.R. Jain Industries may provide standard export documents as agreed, such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test certificate, and product documentation. Special documentation must be requested before order confirmation.

6. Voltage and Installation Standards

Buyers must confirm destination voltage, phase, frequency, installation conditions, safety requirements, and application before order finalization. Incorrect or unstable power supply can affect performance and warranty support.

7. Final Export Terms

Final export terms, product configuration, documentation, packing, shipping method, pricing, and commercial conditions must be confirmed in writing before order processing.
