Dealer Policy

This policy applies to dealer, distributor, reseller, OEM, and regional partner enquiries for PARAS® dairy machinery, including confidential dealer pricing, distributor information, and brand usage.

1. Dealer Enquiries

Submitting a dealer enquiry does not automatically create dealership rights, exclusivity, credit terms, or authorization. All dealer appointments require written approval from G.R. Jain Industries.

2. Authorization

Authorized dealer status, if granted, is subject to verification of business background, target territory, product knowledge, service capability, order volume, market conduct, and agreement to brand guidelines.

3. Territory and Exclusivity

Territory allocation and exclusivity are not automatic. Any territory rights must be confirmed in a written dealer agreement. G.R. Jain Industries may appoint multiple partners where market requirements demand.

4. Confidential Dealer Information

Dealer pricing, dealer structures, distributor information, margins, discounts, credit terms, schemes, and business-related commercial material are confidential and intended only for authorized business communication.

5. Unauthorized Sharing and Misuse

Unauthorized sharing, misuse, public display, or circulation of dealer-related information may result in withdrawal of dealer support and legal action. Misleading offers, unauthorized pricing, or false representation using PARAS® branding are strictly prohibited.

6. Brand Usage

Dealers must use PARAS® branding, product images, catalogues, technical claims, brochures, specifications, and trademark references accurately. Misuse of trademark, fake claims, incorrect specifications, unauthorized modifications, or imitation of branding are not permitted.

7. Service and Spare Parts

Dealers are expected to support customers with genuine spare parts, correct product guidance, basic service coordination, and responsible after-sales communication.

8. Termination

G.R. Jain Industries may suspend or terminate dealer support for non-payment, brand misuse, false claims, unauthorized repairs, customer complaints, territory disputes, or conduct damaging to the PARAS® brand.
